Return & Exchange Policy

For standard items, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product(s). Returns and exchanges can be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) must be received back within 30 days of receipt. Any product(s) you return must be in the same condition you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at returns[at]ssbunny.com. All returns and exchanges must be authorized before the product is shipped back.

Defective Items

If an item arrives with a manufacturer defect or in an unusable condition, please contact us at returns[at]ssbunny.com within 14 days of receipt.

SS Bunny Imports reserves the right to request proof in the form of pictures to prove defects.

Order Error and Other Returns

The customer will be responsible for return shipping for any item being returned for a reason not determined to be SS Bunny Imports's error. (Examples: Customer ordered the wrong item, item is no longer needed/wanted.) Items sent to the customer as a result of SS Bunny Imports’s error will have a shipping label provided.

Return and Exchange Process

SS Bunny Imports does not allow "cross-ships". If a customer needs another item before we get the return back, the customer can pay full price for the new item to be shipped. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund for the full value of the item will be processed.

SS Bunny Imports will mail out exchanged products for no additional cost after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Process

Items returned for refund will be processed within 3 business days of the time the item is received at our location. Once a refund is processed it will usually be returned to the originating account within 2-3 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
